Expedited Review Time:

Purchasing an expedited review will guarantee that your documents will be reviewed within 1 hour of being uploaded. This is a great option for those who need their documents reviewed quickly and efficiently.

Standard Processing Time

The standard processing time for uploaded documents is 48 business hours. It is not mandatory to expedite the review of your forms, however, if you need your documents reviewed faster than 48 business hours you can purchase an expedited review. Please note that the expedited review does not guarantee approval of your documents.

How to Purchase an Expedited Review:

1. Upload Your Documents

Before purchasing an expedited review, you must upload all the records you want to be reviewed. To do this, go to the documents page of your account and select the "Upload Records" option. Once all the records have been uploaded, you can proceed to purchase the expedited review.

2. Go to Your Status Page

Once you have uploaded your records, you can find the option to expedite your review on your status page. Once your payment has been completed, please allow up to 1 hour for your expedited documents to be reviewed and processed.
You can also enter your contact information to receive an expedited form review and verification. This includes your name, student email, institution, and student ID. Once you do so you will be immediatly directed to purchase your expedited review.

3. Wait For Your Review

Once your payment has been completed, please allow up to 1 hour for your expedited documents to be reviewed and processed.
If you have purchased an expedited review outside of Med+Proctor's normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Central Standard Time), please be aware that your documents will not be reviewed until the start of the next business day.

4. Check the Status of Your Review

You can check the status of your review by logging into your account and going to your "status page". Your status page will update once your documents have been reviewed and will provide you with information regarding the status of your review. It will indicate any missing items/documentation needed, as well as the verification status of the documents you have submitted.
