All students attending classes or activities on campus must submit their COVID-19 vaccine status to the myLewis App. This includes those partially or fully vaccinated, as well as those who are opting out of getting vaccinated. Per Executive Order 2021-22, unvaccinated students taking in-person classes must submit a weekly COVID-19 PCR test result to the myLewis app.
