Med+Proctor's expedited option is ideal if you need your documentation to be reviewed with urgency. Our expedited option ensures your documents are reviewed within 1 hour during our normal business hours Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm CST. This option is available for purchase at your convenience.

Please note that Med+Proctor is only notified of expedited document review at the time of payment. Any uploads submitted after your payment will be automatically processed at our standard review time of 1-3 business days.

To expedite the review of your account:

•  Please upload all documentation and forms to be reviewed to your Med+Proctor account. 
• Once you have uploaded all the documentation to be reviewed, go to your status page. 
• Here you will find the option to expedite your review!
• Once your payment has been completed, please allow up to 1 hour for your expedited documents to be reviewed.
• If your expedited review has been purchased outside of Med+Proctor's normal business hours Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm CST, please expect your documents to be reviewed at the beginning of the next business day.

Users may choose Med+Proctor's standard processing time of 1-3 business days at no charge. Once you upload your documents, our standard processing time requires no further action. You will simply upload your documentation then sign off of your account.

You can check the status of your review by logging into your account and going to your "status page". Your status page will update once your documents have been reviewed. It will indicate any missing items/documentation needed as well as verification status.
