UW HSIP- Subsequent COVID-19 Vaccine

You have submitted a Novavax COVID-19 record with no record of a previously completed COVID-19 vaccine.  

 When choosing Novavax, you must submit one of the following: 

•  The current season Novavax vaccine AND one additional prior COVID-19 vaccine dose  

 OR 

•  Two sequential current season Novavax COVID-19 vaccine doses (second dose given 3-8 weeks after the first dose) if you have never received prior COVID-19 vaccines.  

 We have accepted your Novavax COVID-19 dose. Please submit either your 2nd current season Novavax dose completed after 3-8 weeks or documentation of a prior COVID-19 vaccine dose to complete the requirement.
