The tag, "Missing Covid Vaccine," means you are currently missing evidence of your covid-19 vaccination record in your MedProctor account. Your institution requires each individual to provide proof of a full covid vaccination. If you have documentation of your covid-19 vaccinations please upload them. If you do not you will need to work on receiving a full covid vaccination series.
How to submit another document:
- Sign into your MedProctor account
- Go to your "status" page
- Click on "click here to submit another document."
From there you will be directed back to the document section where you can upload forms or download the optional immunization certificate.
Students and Employees should upload documents to the medproctor.com vaccine & immunization tracking management software for your school or workplace requirements.
