If your school or workplace has chosen Med+Proctor for their onboarding immunization reporting, then yes, you are required to upload your immunization records to Med+Proctor for immunization compliance.

Ensured Privacy and Safety of Your Records:

MedProctor utilizes the safest methods available for submitting immunization and health records to your school or workplace. The software meets all US federal safety standards to comply with both HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) regulations. Additionally, the company undergoes a yearly Soc 2 Type 2 outside security audit (Click Here, for Soc 2 report). MedProctor ensures that all submitted records are securely stored and transmitted, protecting the privacy of the individual submitting the records. The software also provides a secure platform for schools and workplaces to access and review the records, ensuring that all records are kept confidential and secure.

Your Choice to Keep Your Records Uploaded to Med+Proctor After Graduation:

It is your decision whether or not you keep your records stored with us after graduation. If you would like to have access to your immunization records in the future and store them securely as electronic health records, then you should upgrade to a Med+Proctor Pro account. This will give you the ability to access your records at any time. However, if you do not want these benefits, your records will be removed from our system once you graduate. The choice is yours!
We do not store your immunization records after you graduate if you do not want us to.
