Type in your student email address and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you are still having difficulty, you can email help@medproctor.com or start a chat with a live representative and our support team will be able to manually reset your password for you.
SSO log-in:
If your school has you log into your Med+Proctor account through your school username and password then your steps to reset your password will be different. If you are having difficulty accessing your school's SSO (Single Sign-On) link or forgot your password, you should reach out to the IT helpdesk at your school. They are the only ones who can help you log in through the link or troubleshoot any issues you may be having. The helpdesk staff will be able to provide the necessary support to get you into your school and med+proctor account.
