How Do I Convert My File?
Step One: Pick a free image conversion program
To convert your iPhone or mobile phone photos and screenshots to a PNG format, you will need to use an image conversion program. There are many free image conversion programs available online, such as Zamzar or CloudConvert.
Step Two: Begin the conversion process
Once you have chosen an image conversion program, you can begin the conversion process. First, select the file you want to convert. Then, choose the output format. Select PNG as the output format. Finally, click “convert” and your file will be converted to the PNG format. Once the conversion is complete, you can save the file to your device.
PNG files are always compatible and are the preferred format for all document submissions uploaded to Med+Proctor. The PNG format is a great choice for document submissions as it preserves the quality of the image. Most iPhone or mobile phone photos and screenshots are saved to your device in the pre-set format of JPG. If you are not able to upload your JPG to Med+Proctor, then it may be beneficial to convert the JPG to a PNG file.
Please note that Med+Proctor only offers LiveChat services Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time. If you have any questions or inquiries outside of these hours, you can always email us and our team will respond to you as soon as possible.
