"Missing meningitis from w/in last 5 years," What does this tag mean?

The tag on your account, "missing Men A from w/in last 5 years," means that your university requires a Meningococcal A vaccine administered within 5 years of the start of the semester or classes.

It appears you received your most recent Men A vaccination more than 5 years ago. If you have documentation of an updated Men A vaccination (administered within 5 years), please upload it. If you do not, you will need to receive a Meningococcal A booster.
