You can also upload a booster dose of the MMR vaccine, which is the measles, mumps and rubella combo vaccine. Per your school's requirements, you need 2 doses of measles, mumps and rubella. Typically, this is given in one combo vaccine (MMR vaccine) but some providers offer the individual vaccines for measles, mumps and rubella. It is up to you whether you upload the individual mumps vaccine or combo MMR vaccine.

If you suspect you have immunity to mumps, you can upload a titer in place of the vaccine.
A titer test is used to determine the presence and concentration of antibodies specific to the mumps virus in an individual's blood.
You can have these titers done at your doctor's office or anywhere that performs blood testing or a lab.
