Most schools require 2 doses of measles, 2 doses of mumps and 2 doses of rubella. This is usually given in a combo vaccine known as the MMR vaccine. However, practices can still administer them separately.

You can also upload a MMR titer test in place of the two doses if you suspect you have immunity to measles, mumps and rubella.
An MMR titer test is used to determine the presence and concentration of antibodies specific to the measles, mumps, and rubella viruses in an individual's blood.
You can have these titers done at your doctor's office or anywhere that performs blood testing or a lab.
