Tarleton- Meningitis Vaccine Expired

Your Meningitis vaccine record is currently non-compliant because the vaccine on file has expired or will expire before the start of the upcoming semester. Tarleton State University requires all students to have a current Meningitis vaccination administered within the past five (5) years from the first day of the semester. Please submit updated documentation showing a valid Meningitis vaccine to meet this requirement.
