UH-Mumps titer not accepted

Mumps titers are not accepted by the University of Hawai‘i as proof of immunity, so your titer result cannot be used to fulfill this requirement. To meet compliance, you must submit documentation of two doses of the Mumps vaccine (or the MMR vaccine, which includes Mumps).
