Help CenterHSIP has been informed by your HSIP-participating program that you have deferred admission to a later quarter. We have archived your Med+Proctor account at the moment. If you believe you have been archived incorrectly, please reach out to HSIP at myshots@uw.edu immediately.
You do not need to complete HSIP requirements now. If you would like to submit records as you complete the requirements, then you may submit them. However, they will not be reviewed until your program is ready for your deferred quarter’s cohort to submit records. Please note that a TB screening needs to be completed in the current year of your program entry year (the year you deferred to). A previously completed TB screening will not be accepted.
If you have uploaded records, you will still have access to the records you have in your Med+Proctor account.
