Help CenterHSIP was informed by your HSIP-participating program that you are currently on leave of absence. We have archived your Med+Proctor account from your program’s requirement group.
You and/or your program will need to inform HSIP once you are ready to return, and we will move your account back to your HSIP-participating program’s requirement group. We will also inform you of the requirement(s) you need to complete before you are able to register for the quarter you return.
