You have submitted a Hepatitis B dose #2 in your HepB vaccine series that does not meet the CDC’s minimal dosing scheduling. You have received the dose earlier than 4 weeks from dose #1. Since the dose does not meet CDC’s minimal dosing guidelines, it is considered an invalid dose which needs to be repeated.

HSIP has accepted your HepB dose #3 as the dose #2 in your HepB vaccine series and created a new subsequent tag for you to complete a new HepB dose #3.

Your next action is to receive a new HepB dose that is at least 8 weeks from your HepB dose #2 to complete your HepB vaccine series and submit the record for approval.

Once approved, a post-vaccination Subsequent Hepatitis B Titer tag will be created. You will need to complete a post-vaccination Quantitative HepB Surface Antibody Titer one month from your fully completed HepB vaccine series. Any previously drawn HepB Surface Ab titer cannot be accepted since they were drawn before your completed HepB vaccine series.
