Help CenterYour Hepatitis B submission was rejected because you have submitted a Hepatitis B Surface Antibody Titer without documentation of a completed HepB vaccine series. For the HepB requirement, both documentation of a fully completed HepB vaccine series AND a post-vaccination Quantitative HepB Surface Antibody titer are required. HSIP follows CDC guidelines, which requires this to confirm long-term immunity. You can also review the Hepatitis B section on the HSIP Webpage for more information.
Please submit documentation of a full HepB vaccine series along with your titer for approval. If you need help locating your old HepB immunization records, please visit the HSIP Webpage on Tips for Locating Old Immunization Records.
If you do not have documented proof of a HepB vaccine series, then please complete the Hepatitis B vaccine series. HSIP recommends Heplisav-B, which is a 2-dose vaccine series that can be completed in 1 month. Please complete a Heplisav-B vaccine dose as soon as possible and submit the documentation into the Hepatitis B action in your CastleBranch account for approval.
New subsequent tags will be created into your account as you submit your documentation of your doses. You are considered temporarily compliant while completing the series as long as each dose is submitted. Any previously drawn HepB Surface Ab titer cannot be accepted since they were drawn before your completed HepB vaccine series.
