Help CenterYour Tetanus and Diphtheria (Td) submission was rejected because your Td vaccine dose did not include a Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) vaccine dose. We are willing to accept a Td dose, completed within the last 10 years, only if documentation of a Tdap vaccine dose, administered on or after 6/1/2005, is included. Please resubmit and include a Tdap dose that was administered on or after 6/1/2005 along with your Td vaccine documentation.
If you do not have documentation of a Tdap dose administered on or after 6/1/2005, please receive a Tdap vaccine dose and submit the administration documentation for approval.
