Help CenterYour Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) submission was rejected because your documentation did not include a Tdap dose completed within 10 years. Please upload a Tdap dose that was completed within the past 10 years OR a Td (Tetanus and Diphtheria) dose that was completed within the past 10 years with documentation of a Tdap administered on or after 6/1/2005.
If you do not have documentation of a Tdap dose administered within the last 10 years (or after 6/1/2005 if you choose to submit a recent Td dose), please receive a Tdap vaccine dose and submit the administration documentation for approval.
