UW HSIP - Required Color Screening

Your program, LabMed/MLS, requires you to have the Ishihara Color Screening. This will be supplied and tested by HSIP staff in coordination with your program from 2 PM - 5 PM on September 24th, and September 29th from 10:30 - 11:30. If you have not completed this requirement during the scheduled HSIP visit, you will need to reach out to HSIP at myshots@uw.edu to schedule a visit individually.
