UW HSIP - Required Color Screening

Students in the Laboratory Medicine, Medical Laboratory Sciences, and Pathologists’ Assistant programs are required to complete the Ishihara Color Screening. The test will be supplied and conducted by HSIP staff in coordination with your program. You will be notified by your program of the dates and locations for the test. If you have not completed this requirement during the scheduled HSIP visit, you will need to reach out to HSIP at myshots@uw.edu to schedule a visit individually.
