Please complete a post-vaccination Quantitative Hepatitis B Surface Antibody (HBsAb-Qn) Titer.  A titer is a lab test requiring a blood draw to determine immunity statusA physician's order must be obtained to get the titer.

  • Post-Vaccination Titer After Initial Vaccine Series Complete a post-vaccination Quantitative Hepatitis B Surface Antibody Titer at least 1 month after your completed vaccine series.  If your documented Hepatitis B vaccine series is more than 10 years old, we recommend getting a booster Hepatitis B vaccine dose (Heplisav-B recommended) prior to completing the post-vaccination Hepatitis B Surface Antibody Titer. If the booster dose is received, please submit it so it can be recorded in Med+Proctor and wait 1 month before getting the titer.

  • Post-Booster Vaccine Titer Complete a new Quantitative Hepatitis B Surface Antibody Titer 1 month after your recent HepB booster vaccine dose. Submit the full lab report of your titer once you have the results available.
