UW HSIP- TBSS Form Cleared

You have submitted either a positive TB test result with a negative TB Symptoms Screening form, showing no symptoms; or, you have submitted a positive TB test result with a positive TB Symptoms Screening form, which has been reviewed and cleared by UW Health Science Immunization Program staff. 
 
No further action is required from you at this time. This requirement will be renewed every Autumn.
