UW HSIP- Temp ME Varicella

You currently have an approved temporary medical exemption (Temp ME) for the Varicella (Chickenpox) requirement. The approved temporary exemption has been uploaded into your Med+Proctor account. Please refer to HSIP’s email regarding your Temp ME and the next steps. 

Once your temporary medical exemption has expired, you will have a registration hold until you have completed the requirement as directed.
