UW HSIP- Temporary Extension

Your program and the Health Science Immunization Program have agreed to give you a short temporary extension until the date discussed in our email. Please note that extensions are very rare, and are only given once. You will be able to register for classes during this time; if you have not completed your requirements by this time, we will not release your block until you make progress with your other requirements.
