The University of Washington requires proof of either:

2 valid MMR vaccines

OR 2 Measles and 2 Mumps vaccines

OR, positive results of both Measles and Mumps IgG titers (blood immunity tests).
You must receive a second MMR vaccine OR Measles and Mumps IgG titers (blood immunity test) 28 days or more after your most recent vaccination.
NOTE: If one or both of your titer test results is equivocal or negative, you will need to receive a second MMR vaccine to complete the requirement
