UW – Needs MenACWY (MenACWY Under 16)

The documents you submitted show that you received the Meningitis ACWY vaccine before you were 16 years old but have not received a Meningitis ACWY booster since then. The University of Washington requires that students receive a Meningitis ACWY vaccine at age 16 or older.
