UW – Needs MenACWY (Received MenB)

The documents you submitted show that you received a Meningitis B vaccine but have not received a Meningitis ACWY vaccine. Although the Meningitis B vaccine is recommended for students, it does not fulfill your Meningitis ACWY immunity requirement. The University of Washington requires that students receive a Meningitis ACWY vaccine at age 16 or older.  

You can find more information, including accepted brands and locations to receive the vaccines, on the University of Washington website immunity.washington.edu. Please resubmit with proof of your required immunizations.
