UW - Needs MenACWY (Unaccepted Vaccine)

The documents you submitted do not include proof of an accepted Meningitis (Meningococcal) ACWY vaccination. The University of Washington requires that students receive an approved Meningitis ACWY vaccine at age 16 or older.    

 You can find more information, including accepted brands and locations to receive the vaccines, on the University of Washington website immunity.washington.edu.  

Please resubmit with proof of an accepted Meningitis ACWY immunization.
