This could be because you are a non-matriculated student, fully online student, have already satisfied the requirements, or you are going into a Health Sciences program that requires other immunizations. This also might have happened because you are early to turn in records before your first quarter at the UW. If requirements are added to your account later, any submitted records will be reviewed at that time.
