UWParam- Approved RE Flu

Your request for a religious exemption for the Flu vaccine has been approved by Paramedic Training. While our program accepts this exemption, it may not be accepted by one or more of our clinical sites. If one or more of our clinical sites do not accept our exemption, you will have two options: get vaccinated to meet the site's requirements or be released from the program.  Submit a copy of the document with all required signatures.
