You have applied for either a religious or medical exemption for the Flu vaccine. Since the form was submitted complete and before the required deadline, it will move forward to the review process. While your form is being reviewed, you will be assigned a “temporary compliance” tag. If your request is denied, the temporary compliance will be removed and you will be considered out of compliance until the requirement is satisfied.
