Help CenterYou have submitted a Quantitative HepB Surface Antibody titer, with a value between 10 to 12 mIU/mL, and there is no numeric reference range included for a positive result. We cannot accept the titer since we have no way of verifying what range the lab you completed the HepB titer uses to calculate a positive result. Please contact the lab to obtain the numeric reference range they use for a positive result and submit it for approval.
If you cannot obtain the numeric reference range then, unfortunately, you will need to complete a new Quantitative HepB Surface Ab titer.
