Your account is now waiver eligible, meaning you will have a temporary lift on your student portal account until the next required vaccine dose is due. There's nothing additional you need to submit at this time, but you will be required to follow up with documentation at a later date to complete.

Varicella and MMR vaccines need to be 28 days apart from the first dose.

Hep B is a 3-dose schedule with minimum intervals of 4 weeks between dose 1 and 2, 8 weeks between dose 2 and 3, and 16 weeks between dose 1 and 3.

If you are needing a follow-up titer, these typically need to be 4-6 weeks after the most recent vaccine. Please check to confirm your school's specific program vaccination and immunization scheduling requirements.
