What if I can't receive emails at my university email address?

For registration purposes, you can send an email (from your personal email address) to help@medproctor.com or chat with a support agent to move you along the registration process. 

Our support agents will help you move forward though registration without being able to receive emails at your university email. 

To register a new account with medproctor.com, please register with your .edu school or work issued email address (Ex: john.doe@school.edu). If you do not have a school or work email address, please enter a personal email then search for your school in the search bar on the following page. 

Students and Employees should upload documents to the medproctor.com software for your school or workplace vaccine/immunization requirements.
