What is My Username?

The username for your Med+Proctor account is the email address you provided when you signed up.

If you are having difficulty logging in and receive the message "Invalid credentials," it is likely that your username or password is incorrect. Most likely, your student email address was used to create your account, not a personal email address.
If you are not sure which email address you used to create your account, you can contact our team to reset your password or to let you know which email address you used. Our team is available to assist you with any issues you may have logging in, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We can also provide you with more information on how to reset your password or update your account information.

I cannot remember the email/password I created my account with:

If you cannot remember the email address and password you created your account with, our team can assist you by resetting your password and providing you with your account information, including the email address/username associated with your account. We can also provide you with helpful resources to reset your password yourself, such as a link to reset your password. If you need further assistance, our team is available to help you reset your password and provide you with your account information.

My school uses SSO:

If your school uses a Single Sign-On (SSO) link to create and log into your Med+Proctor account, then your username will be the same as the username you use to access your school portal. This means that you will not need to create a separate username and password for your Med+Proctor account; you will be able to use the same credentials you use to access your school portal.
If you are having trouble logging into your Med+Proctor account through your school's SSO (Single Sign-On) link or have forgotten your password, you should contact the IT helpdesk at your school. They are the only ones who can assist you in accessing the link or resolving any issues you may be having. The helpdesk staff will be able to provide the necessary support to get you into your school and Med+Proctor account. If your school requires you to use your school username and password to log in, the steps to reset your password will be different.
